Membership 2026-27

How to renew your existing, or set up a new, membership

The club’s 2026 (1 April 26 - 31 March 27) registration will be online from Monday 16 March. It again uses the club's Spond membership management system.  To begin, please simply click on the 'My Registration 2026' link below.   The process is in two parts.

First - registration

Please register by completing your details in full.  If you are an existing member, your record will appear when you log in.  Please check carefully that your details are up-to-date. And complete.  The record is especially important for both legal and health and safety reasons.  And, above all, for your well-being and protection.  It also enables ease of communication.

This 'complete record' requirement applies to every club member.  Both playing and non-playing.

Finally, please note that, where multiple members from one family are all members of the club, then each member must register – or be registered (e.g. juniors by parents) – individually

Second - payment

Once your membership registration is confirmed, the Spond system will send you a 'payment request' (around 1 April) to pay your 2026 subscription online.  For members renewing payment is due by no later than Thursday, 30 April 2026.  This year’s rates are as follows:
