Conference room

VCC's conference room is located immediately adjacent to the main bar-clubroom and ideal for smaller events and meetings - such as training, presentations, birthday parties or board meetings - for up to 30.  It has its own independent counter access to the bar facility for which one staff-member can be provided as required.

The conference room also opens directly into the bar-clubroom.  This means that the two merge into one to form a single unit for larger events (up to 80, part-standing). 

As each event has its own special requirements, hirers are encouraged to provide us with an initial outline (via the form on this page).  The club will then discuss and agree an appropriate package to meet individual needs.
