HARD FOUGHT WIN FOR VENTNOR AT TOTTON & ELING

Ventnor’s seam attack made early in-roads after tea with Watts, Lucy and Short enjoying success to reduce the hosts to 50-3. Off spinner Cox (3-38) made further breakthroughs and despite a late home team recovery from 125-8, Ollie Morgan took the final two wickets to clinch a welcome victory.
